We began in 2020 as a food science consultancy and have since grown into a licensed General Contractor and proud member of the Carpenters Union, giving us greater control over quality and safety on every project.

His experience streamlining processes for major food manufacturers and building commercial kitchens, like Dude’s Public Market, evolved into SFT—a full-service firm that bridges the gap between food science and expert construction.
